Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Period

• Free cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will be charged the first night’s stay.
• No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund will be provided.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation. Delays may occur due to payment providers.

3. Date Changes

If requested at least 3 days before the original check-in date, date changes may be made free of charge, subject to availability.

If the new booking cost is higher, the difference must be paid; if lower, no refund will be given.

5. Special Periods and Promotions

Different cancellation policies may apply during holidays, special events, or for promotional bookings. Non-refundable bookings will be clearly stated.

6. Hotel’s Right to Cancel

In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or technical issues, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations. In such cases, full refunds will be given or alternative dates offered.

By making a reservation on our website, guests agree to these cancellation and refund terms.
